Refund Policy

If your report isn't useful, we'll refund it. No questions asked within 7 days of purchase.

We stand behind the quality of every report. If it doesn't help you make a better decision about your deal, you shouldn't have to pay for it.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email leandro@mydealcheck.com with your order details (email used at purchase or Stripe receipt).
  2. Include "Refund Request" in the subject line.
  3. We'll process your refund within 2–3 business days.

Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
  • Applies to all report tiers: Starter, Full Report + LOI, and Priority Analysis.
  • No reason required — if it wasn't useful, we'll refund it.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe. Depending on your bank, it may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
